We try to ship all items from Australian warehouses, and aim to ship all items within 3 business days * of order date. We will use Australia Post or a courier of our choice to deliver the items to the customer.

Our suppliers and partners may ship the product directly to our customer across Australia. We also have some suppliers outside of Australia for some specific products. Those products will mention that they are shipped from overseas and the warehouse location.
